Our mission is to respect the local culture and environment, as well as enhance the traveler’s experience through meaningful interactions with local communities. We instill these values in our employees and encourage our clients to adopt them as well. Our aim is to leave each visited location unharmed and intact for future generations to enjoy.

Jobs for Locals
We are dedicated to providing employment opportunities for the local people in Nepal, who are facing challenges in finding work. By using locals as crew members on our fieldwork and in our office, we aim to support the local community.

Sponsored Projects
Malla Treks is involved in various school development and infrastructure projects in Nepal, and provides support to government schools in securing sponsorship from abroad.

Educational kit and Medical support
We believe that every individual has the right to education and health, which is why Malla Treks sponsors local children in their education and provides medical support in remote areas through organizing medical camps. Our clients are also encouraged to support the local community by bringing educational materials and medical kits.

Cleaning Campion’s
We are committed to environmental conservation and actively work to reduce our impact on the environment. During our camping trips, we bring back all waste and spread awareness among locals and other operators. Our clients also participate in keeping the trails clean by collecting plastic waste.

Porter’s Safety
The safety and well-being of our porters is of utmost importance. Most of the porters in Nepal come from economically disadvantaged backgrounds and play a crucial role in the success of our trips. We ensure that they are equipped with proper clothing, boots, and accommodation, and have insurance coverage.

At Malla Treks, we are committed to responsible and sustainable travel, and we believe that by working together, we can make a difference in the world. Thank you for joining us on this journey and for being a part of our mission to protect and preserve the beauty of nature for future generations
